How Does It Work?

  1. Navigate to Content Studio under your Apps in the left side menu.

  2. Click "Create New Content"

  3. Name new content, and click "Create Content".


Now that the Content Studio's on, you may choose from 100+ templates to work on or create your own from scratch.


  1. To choose a template, click "Start from predefined template" on the left.

  2. On the template screen, you may choose from suggested or commonly used templates or simply search for an example that suits your needs best.


If you prefer to create your own template from scratch, click "Design from scratch".

  1. First, set your content structure, as to how many items you would like it to have, by clicking the "Structure" tab.

  2. Easily drag and drop as many structure boxes from the right side to your content screen until you are satisfied with the order.

  3. Go back to "Content" on the right side menu, there you will see options for picking Basic attachments or Premade items.

  4. In Premade items, you can find things such as Headers, which are prepared ahead for you and all you need to do is to add your company logo.

  5. Under Basic content, you may now fill in your Structure that you have created above with relevant items, whether you want to add text, images, GIFs, videos, and many more within each box as needed.

How to Send the Content

Once you are done with creating your content. You can either:

  • Send as an SMS to a single contact in Inbox.

  • Share a Broadcast with any of your groups as usual.

  • Create keywords for an incoming message to trigger sending the Content to the contact using the Keywords App.

Last but not least, the Content Studio allows for tracking the Number of Opens, Number of Clicks, First Open Time, First Click Time, and Session Time (which is the total time spent on the article within the week).
