Wherever you see a contact's name in Udext, you can quickly pull up their information without leaving the page and go as deep as you need, from a quick glance to a full activity history.
Opening a Contact Preview
Hover over a contact's name and click the Open preview icon that appears next to it.
What You'll See in the Preview
The Contact preview shows the essentials at a glance:
Name and subscription/health status (e.g., Subscribed, Healthy)
Mobile number, email, and preferred language
Groups the contact belongs to
Custom fields
From here, you can also take quick action without opening the full profile:
Message — send the contact a direct message
Edit — update their contact information
Export — export their conversation thread
Viewing Full Contact Details
Select See detail from the preview to open the full contact page. This gives you the complete picture of your relationship with that contact, including:
Engagement and delivery metrics — total messages, broadcasts, message delivery rate, and forms submitted
A full activity log covering every channel — messages, broadcasts, forms, content, e-signatures, Smart Replies, and acknowledgements
