Using Broadcast Follow-Up

Send follow-up messages based on delivery status or engagement

Broadcast Follow-Up allows you to send follow-up messages after your initial broadcast, helping you reinforce communication and reach contacts who may have missed or not engaged with your message.

How Broadcast Resend Works

  • Follow-up messages are created after the original broadcast is sent

  • They are manually triggered

  • Each follow-up is a new message

  • Follow-ups are tracked separately from the original broadcast

Targeting Options

You can send follow-ups based on specific delivery outcomes:

  • Text – Failed

  • Text – Pending

  • Text – Delivered

  • Email – Opened

  • Email – Not Opened

  • Email – Delivered

  • Email – Pending

  • Email – Failed

  • Voice – Completed

  • Voice – Voicemail

  • Voice – Failed

  • Voice – Busy

  • Voice – No Answer

  • Voice – Cancelled

  • Acknowledged

  • Not Acknowledged

  • All Recipients

This allows you to tailor your messaging depending on who received or engaged with the original broadcast.

Sending a Follow-Up

  1. Navigate to the Broadcast page and select your previously sent broadcast to open Broadcast Details

  2. Select Follow-up in the top right.

3. Choose your target audience based on delivery status

4. Create and send your follow-up message

Follow-up messages are tracked separately from the original broadcast. This means each follow-up will have its own set of analytics, including delivery and engagement data. This allows you to clearly measure the effectiveness of each message without it being combined with the original broadcast.
