Staying on top of your messages is crucial, especially when you're away from the dashboard. Udext's email notification feature ensures you're always updated. Here's a simple guide to using this feature effectively.
Activating Email Notifications
Navigate to Settings:
Access the 'General Settings' in your Udext account.
Enable Notifications:
Find the option labeled "Send me email notifications for incoming messages."
Click on this option to enable email notifications.
Customizing Notification Frequency
Select Frequency:
Upon enabling email notifications, you'll be presented with options to choose how often you'd like to receive these updates.
The available frequencies are: every 15 minutes, hourly, every 4 hours, every 8 hours, or daily.

System Checks for New Messages:
Based on your selected frequency, Udext's system will periodically check for new incoming messages.
If there are new messages, the system will send an email notification at the chosen intervals, but only for new messages since the last check.
