The Celebration App in Udext is a thoughtful way to automatically send birthday and work anniversary messages to your contacts. It's simple to set up and ensures you never miss a chance to wish your contacts on their special days. Here’s how to use it:
Setting Up Celebration Messages
Upload Contacts with DOB and Work Anniversary:
When adding contacts to Udext, include the Date of Birth (DOB) and work anniversary for each contact.
Access the Celebration App:
Go to the 'Apps' tab in your Udext account.
Navigate to the 'Celebration' page.
Activating the App:
Turn the automated birthday messages on or off by clicking on "Activate" on the Birthday tab.
Turn the automated work anniversary messages on or off by clicking on "Activate" on the Anniversary tab.
Customize Your Message:
Set the specific time you want the birthday and/or anniversary messages to be sent.
Create a custom birthday and/or anniversary message that will be automatically sent to your contacts on their birthday or their work anniversary.
View Upcoming Birthdays and Work Anniversaries:
On the Celebration App page's Birthday tab, you’ll see a list of all upcoming birthdays in the right column. This helps you keep track of whose birthday is coming up.
