Managing Groups simplifies team organization within your platform, providing easy access to group hierarchies and efficient manipulation of group structures. With intuitive drag-and-drop functionality, users can quickly set parent groups, create new ones, and adjust subgroups. Here's a simple guide to help you understand the manage groups functionality.

Managing Groups:

  1. Accessing Group Management:

    • Navigate to the 'Groups' tab and select 'Manage Groups'.

  2. Hierarchy Overview:

    • View all groups on the left side of the interface.

  3. Group Manipulation:

    • Set groups as parent groups.

    • Rearrange groups by dragging and dropping to designate subgroup or parent group status.

    • Create a new group to assign it as a subgroup or parent group.

  4. Saving Changes:

    • Click on the "Save" button to finalize adjustments.

    • All subgroup members automatically become members of the parent group.
