The Voicemail app is a game-changer in managing your inbound voice messages with ease and sophistication. This app not only collects voicemails but also transcribes and translates them, delivering them directly to your inbox as messages. Configure Voicemail Settings
Access Voicemail App:
Make the Necessary Configurations
Click on the activate toggle to enable the voicemail app for your organization.
Within 'Voicemail Settings', personalize your greeting by entering your message text and choosing a preferred voice type. Preview your text-to-speech greeting by clicking the 'Listen' button.
Alternatively, for a unique touch, upload an MP3 file of your custom greeting by switching the greeting type to 'Recording'.
Using Voicemail App
1. Listen Voicemails
To listen to voicemails, simply click the 'Play' icon located in the corresponding row.
A voicemail player will appear, where you can pause the recording using the 'Pause' icon and scrub through to pinpoint the exact segment of the voicemail you wish to hear.
2. Voicemail Transcription
When a voicemail is received by Udext. The table will be updated in real time. Transcription takes 10 to 30 seconds. Until then, a loader will be shown. After the transcription is finished, you can click the transcription button and see the transcription.
There will be a translate icon over there after opening the transcription. The translation will be shown instead of the transcription in the sample place.
Managing the Voicemails
1. Deleting Voicemails
For individual deletion, simply click the 'Trash' icon on the line of the voicemail you wish to remove.
To delete multiple voicemails at once, select them from the list and click the 'Delete' button that appears above the table.
2. Voicemail Message
Voicemail messages are conveniently delivered to your 'Inbox' page. There, you can listen to the recording directly and view the transcription when it's ready.
